Our Story

Starting in 2022, our story begins as newlyweds with an idea to transform the floral industry. 

Rider and I got married in May and I designed all of the floral arrangements for our special day. It was so fun picking out all of the flowers and greenery I would use to design the bouquets, bouts, and corsages for my family and friends. The day was spectacular and perfect in every way… almost. 

The only thing I would go back and change would be the boutonnières. They have always been the worst part of special days! Why? The pins. 

I have never been able to confidently put on a boutonnière with pins without worrying about poking myself or my date. Not forgetting to mention that after struggling to get the pin through the thick suit material, the bout often wouldn’t even be straight and if it was, within the first hour, it would start to sag and become lopsided. 

Fast forward from May, Rider and I thought back on our wedding and how much I enjoyed designing our flower arrangements. Taking the encouragement of many friends and family to start a business, we began brainstorming what would make our floral design business successful. How would our flowers be better than the rest?

It brought us back to the one thing I would change about our wedding- the pin-on bouts! The pins are difficult to use and hard to fasten the boutonnières securely!

We decided to create something that would be easier to put on, would help ensure the flowers stayed upright, wouldn’t create unnecessary holes in the mens suit or dress shirt, could be easily removed and placed again, and would make the boutonnière fastening process a better experience in general.

The Magnetic Boutonnière idea was born. 

We designed several prototypes, testing different materials, layouts, and magnets and eventually developed the perfect combination to create our Magnetic Boutonnière Clips. 

 We have now made thousands of our Magnetic Clips for Florists all around the globe! They love them and their clients do too!
